VENDOR INFORMATION
We welcome local churches to participate in this year's festival. There is no fee to set up, but Food and Selling vendors must have a church affiliation.
SETUP & LOGISTICS
SITE SIZE:
12 x 12 spot on pavement (marked for your convenience).
SETUP WINDOWS:
June 12: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM & June 13: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
FIRM DEADLINE:
Must be fully set up by 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 13.
VEHICLE ACCESS:
No vehicles allowed in the vendor area after 11:00 AM.
EQUIPMENT:
Bring extension cords, lights, and tent weights (blocks, jugs, etc.).
THE "MUST-KNOW" RULES FOR VENDORS
TENT SAFETY
Since we are on pavement, you must secure your tents with weights (cement blocks, gallon water jugs, etc.).
COOKING & POWER
Grills and cookers are allowed. However, only silent generators are permitted to keep the focus on the music.
(Power available, need to make arrangements)
PARKING
Once you have finished unloading, please move your vehicle to the Senior Center parking lot.
SUPPORT
If you need to get supplies to your booth after the 11:00 AM vehicle cut off, transportation will be available to assist you.
COMMITMENT
Please keep your booth open and on-site until the event concludes.
